The Powerwheel Dash
Using the Power Wheel in the pushup position with wheel attached to your feet, it is a timed, 40 yd dash. Fastest time wins! If you want to experience the Power Wheel go to their website, (www.lifelineusa.com).
Heavy Ball Thrust
Standing under the goal post at the stadium, the competitor will see how many times they can heave the 12lb Medicine Ball over the goal post in one minute. Highest number wins!
