Start at the goal line w/ heavy ball in hand and run to the 10 yard line and drop the ball. Return to the goal line and then go back to the 10 and pick up the ball and return to the goal line. This time run to the 20 yard line and drop the ball on the line, return to the goal line and then back to the 20, pick up the ball and return to the goal line. Now run to the 10 yard line and drop the ball. Return to the goal line and then back to the 10, pick up the ball and return to the goal line - drop the ball and sprint to the 40 yard line.. Fastest time wins!
Competitor will hop with both feet at the same time up the stadium steps (landing on every other step) (19 hops) and return quickly to the bottom of the steps and then hopping back to the top of the steps as quickly as possible. Fastest time wins!
