Power Wheel 40 Yard Dash

Equalizes
Using the Power Wheel in the pushup position with wheel attached to your feet, it is a timed, 40 yd dash. If you want to experience the Power Wheel go to their website, (www.lifelineusa.com). It can be a wonderful full body workout. Event Record: 20 seconds
The Competitor will sprint up the hill carrying a 12 lb medicine ball and return to the bottom in the fastest time possible, best time wins! Event record: 52 seconds
Competitor will hop with both feet at the same time up the stadium steps (landing on every other step) (19 hops) and return quickly to the bottom of the steps and then hopping back to the top of the steps as quickly as possible. Event record: 23 seconds
Start at the goal line w/ heavy ball in hand and run to the 10 yard line and drop the ball. Return to the goal line and then go back to the 10 and pick up the ball and return to the goal line. This time run to the 20 yard line and drop the ball on the line, return to the goal line and then back to the 20, pick up the ball and return to the goal line. Now run to the 10 yard line and drop the ball. Return to the goal line and then back to the 10, pick up the ball and return to the goal line - turn around and finish at the 40. Event record: 30 seconds
We will flip the tire over and over again for 40 yards. Event record: 38 seconds
Standing under a goal post, the competitor will see how many times they can heave the 12lb Medicine Ball over the goal post in 1 minute. Event record: 38 in 1 minute
